Work of placement of skylights for about 3000 m2 and 1500 m2 of glass coverage.

Tower Riem

Brainlab’s new headquarters for offices and laboratoires in the old Munich-Riem Airport area in Bavaria. Height 35 mt. Cellular glass facades&mullion and transoms aluminum/steel facades.

Verona Forum

The ensemble is made of two buildings: one with touristic/hotel purpose, with a maximum height of 45 m and façades of single skin type, covered externally by expanded metal sheet; the other one with administrative purpose, with the same height and façade of double skin type.

Ilot

Situated near the Paris Austerlitz station, is composed of: an real estate with offices in 8 floors and one basement; a parking including 20 vehicles; two spaces for the company ERP at the raised ground floor. On the roof, PV with rain water uptake system.

Baltard

Baltard Nogent is a bulding which include offices for 7 400m² , shared in 3 indipendent real estate, 142 residences (which 40 for social uses) distributed in 3 real estate, anyone having a suspended garden, 1 150m² for commercial purpose in the raised ground floor, a nurser school, and 1 190m² for the branch of the Parisian public transport firm. Baltard also includes 600 parking places.

Kosmo Neuilly

Renovation of an old building. The first transformation has allowed to create qualities which more natural lighting in the raised ground floor and a public passage which allow to the inhabitants a gateway.

Peri XV Parigi

Restoration of the building with tertiary/commercial purpose, located in the near suburbs of the French capital, near the Ministry of defence; such area also accommodates the headquarters of various TV chains and newspapers.

Tour Odeon

Designed by the architect from Monaco Alexandre Giraldi, with its 48 floors and 170 meters height, this tower is meant to become the new icon of the Monaco skyline, as well as one of the largest residential towers in Europe.
