Description:
Renovation of an old building. The first transformation has allowed to create qualities which more natural lighting in the raised ground floor and a public passage which allow to the inhabitants a gateway. The second transformation consist in the building horizontal fragmentation, divided into 4 variables with wides terraces, which allow to see the Seine from the office.
KOSMO includes: IGH’s offices, Code du Travail offices and 350 parking places.auto.
